The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our Interim & Temporary Recruitment division.

Working closely with the Directors, you’ll own the strategy, win new business, and build long-term client relationships. Delivery will be supported by our existing back-office team, allowing you to focus on growth, leadership and client engagement.

This is a genuine opportunity to build a division from scratch within a successful, established business — with a clear route into senior leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Re-launch and lead the Interim & Temporary division
• Win new interim/temporary assignments with new and existing clients
• Develop senior client relationships across the UK & Europe
• Oversee delivery via existing consultants
• Shape scalable processes and commercial strategy
• Represent Nicholas Howard in virtual and in-person client meetings, with no geographic or sector constraints.

About You

• Proven experience winning interim and/or temporary recruitment business
• Credible, mature and commercially astute
• Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and building something meaningful
• Strong communicator at all levels
• Passionate about people, careers and business impact
